Sales and Marketing Monthly Issues Meeting

XL.net exists because we believe small businesses and staff can realize their goals and that they can get there faster and more efficiently. We need to do more.

2020 has been a challenging year for many businesses, and if predictions are true it will continue to be challenging. Many of you have told us that sales and marketing, to counteract the market conditions, is a critical priority right now.

For this reason, we have created a 60 minute Sales and Marketing monthly issues video conference meeting for our clients that we moderate. At XL.net, we operate the Entrepreneurs Operating System and solve issues in their Issue Discuss Solve (IDS) format. We follow the same IDS format in solving issues brought to the Sales and Marketing meeting.

The purpose of the meeting is to identify core issues impeding Sales and Marketing success, and then as a group to solve the issue so that each company can ultimately grow faster and more efficiently.

  1. Good news, New sales/leads, One Issue (per person)  –  10 minutes
  2. IDS – 45 minutes
  3. Conclude – 5 minutes

sales & marketing meeting rules

  1. You are lead sales or marketing
  2. 1 person per company
  3. Need to email prior to meeting at least 1 sales or marketing issue to discuss per meeting
  4. No more than 8 non competitive companies in a group
